Featured Equipment: Rotary-Table Hot Air Welder
A rotary-table machine that welds plastic workpieces and rods with preheated compressed air or inert gas under light pressure.
Rotary-Table Hot Air Welder
The STUNE rotary-table hot air welder heats plastic workpieces and welding rods with preheated compressed air or inert gas, joining them under light pressure once the material reaches a viscous state. Weld seams are uniform and highly repeatable — a reliable solution for welding thermoplastic rolls and films in automotive parts.
The rotary multi-station layout cycles workpieces through loading/clamping, heating/welding and cooling/unloading, overlapping welding and auxiliary time for shorter cycle times. Closed-loop control of air temperature, airflow and travel speed, combined with precision welding fixtures, keeps seam width, penetration and strength consistent from batch to batch.
The rigid frame offers ample maintenance access and quick changeovers. Custom welding fixtures and automated loading can be configured per product process, with optional temperature-curve logging and production data traceability for standalone use or full-line integration.
Featured Equipment: Linear Hot Air Welder
A linear-layout hot air welding machine that joins workpieces and rods with preheated air or inert gas for continuous, stable plastic welding.
Linear Hot Air Welder
The STUNE linear hot air welder heats plastic workpieces and rods with preheated compressed air or inert gas and welds them continuously along a straight path under light pressure, producing straight, continuous and clean seams for high-volume roll welding.
Traveling smoothly along precision guides, the machine links heating temperature with travel speed to keep temperature fluctuation low and seam depth/width uniform. Clamping and guiding fixtures are custom-made per roll specification, keeping weld edges aligned and wrinkle-free for reliable sealing.
Compact and easy to operate, with quick rod and fixture changes. Beyond TPO rolls it welds PVC, PP and other thermoplastic rolls, and can be equipped with automated loading and in-line inspection to fit into full-line production.
Featured Equipment: High-Frequency Welding Machine
A special-purpose machine that generates heat through intense molecular collision in a high-frequency electromagnetic field for welding and fusion.
High-Frequency Welding Machine
The STUNE high-frequency (HF) welder uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field to make material molecules collide intensely and generate heat directly, fusing parts together without any filler. Porosity-free, hermetic seams make it ideal for automotive parts demanding gas- or liquid-tightness.
Output power, electrode pressure and heating time are precisely adjustable for consistent melt-through and high seam strength. Tooling is custom-made to the product's 3D surface with accurate positioning and clean edges, and can weld and trim in one cycle for maximum efficiency.
Over-current protection and spark suppression are standard to safeguard the machine and tooling. With short cycles (typically 1–10 s) it suits mass production, and automated loading/unloading plus in-line inspection can be integrated on request.
Featured Equipment: Leather Activation Equipment
Activation equipment for genuine and synthetic leather interior parts of automobiles and aircraft.
Leather Activation Equipment
The STUNE leather activation equipment treats genuine and synthetic leather interior parts for automobiles and aircraft. Uniform heating restores suppleness and prepares hides for covering and forming, securing upstream quality for interior trim production.
A water-cooled unit converts one unit of energy into multiple units of heat for high efficiency and low operating cost. Heating temperature and conveyor speed are precisely controlled, so leather heats evenly with minimal spring-back — smooth, well-fitting surfaces without damage to the material.
Conveyor platforms are custom-sized to the leather dimensions for easy loading and unloading, and the machine can run in-line with covering/forming lines to build a continuous cell from activation to forming, improving overall efficiency and consistency.

By replacing manual operations with stable automation, it helps medical consumable manufacturers improve product consistency and delivery efficiency.
The machine features a fully enclosed safety frame with transparent viewing windows, a stack light with audible/visual alarms and a touchscreen HMI as standard. Critical process zones are independently guarded to meet the cleanliness and control requirements of medical production environments. The series covers both a compact benchtop platform and a large fully enclosed dual-door platform; modular stations make changeover and daily maintenance easy, allowing the assembly and processing flow to be adjusted flexibly per product.
It can run as a stand-alone automation cell or be linked into a multi-station complete processing unit, with optional data logging and traceability modules — supporting both small-batch trials and volume production, and driving the automation and digitalization of medical consumable manufacturing.

Featured Line: Silver Sintering Production Line
High-reliability packaging solutions for power semiconductors and EV inverters.
High-reliability, lead-free die-attach process
Silver sintering (also known as Low-Temperature Joining Technique, LTJT) is a lead-free die-attach process that uses nano- or micro-scale silver particles to form a solid-state diffusion bond at 200–300 °C. The resulting sintered silver layer combines electrical and thermal performance close to bulk silver with a melting point of 961 °C, enabling lower thermal resistance, higher temperature tolerance and longer thermal-cycling life than conventional tin-based solder in SiC/GaN power modules. Our automated silver sintering line integrates key steps such as silver paste/film printing, die attach, low-temperature sintering, in-line inspection and MES data traceability, serving high-reliability packaging scenarios including SiC power modules, IGBT modules, EV traction inverters, PV inverters, charging piles and 5G/radar systems.
Note: Values above are typical process reference indicators; final parameters should be evaluated based on chip size, substrate material and process window.
