Medium-Voltage Circuit Breaker Equipment
Dedicated assembly and testing equipment for medium-voltage circuit breakers, including automatic nut-driving equipment and automatic contact-gap adjustment equipment
Solution Overview
Medium-voltage circuit breaker equipment is core switching, control and fault-protection equipment covering rated voltages from 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV. Serving as the key protection node of the medium-voltage distribution system, it delivers three core functions: switching load currents under normal conditions, ultra-fast interruption of short-circuit currents under fault conditions, and reliable electrical isolation during maintenance.
Built around vacuum arc-quenching technology as the mainstream approach, the equipment is compatible with alternative arc-extinguishing solutions such as environmentally friendly gases and SF₆, and matches spring, permanent-magnet and other types of operating mechanisms. It strictly complies with IEC 62271, GB/T 1984 and other domestic and international standards, and is widely suited to the medium-voltage system protection needs of power distribution networks, industrial power distribution, renewable energy generation, marine power and more.

Four Key Application Scenarios
Covering medium-voltage system protection needs across power distribution networks, renewable energy generation, industrial power distribution and marine power.
Power Distribution Network Scenarios
Suited to 10 kV and 35 kV distribution switchgear, ring main units and pole-mounted switch applications, with long mechanical life and maintenance-free operation. It supports integration with distribution automation terminals and covers feeder protection, transformer outgoing-line protection and sectionalizing-switch transfer functions, complying with State Grid equipment technical specifications and meeting the needs of urban and rural network upgrades and smart grid construction.
02Renewable Energy Scenarios (Wind / Solar PV)
Specially optimized for wind power pad-mounted transformers and PV collection and step-up applications, withstanding frequent switching operations and adapting to low-voltage ride-through conditions. Wide-temperature, salt-fog-resistant and anti-vibration designs allow operation in harsh outdoor environments such as plateaus, coastal areas and deserts, meeting the long-period unattended operation requirements of renewable energy plants and protecting the full chain from wind turbine main circuits and collector lines to substation distribution.
03Industrial Power Distribution Scenarios
For metallurgy, chemical, mining, data center and other industrial applications, it handles start-stop control and fault protection of high-voltage motors, variable-frequency drives, transformers and capacitor compensation cabinets. High short-circuit withstand capability and voltage-sag ride-through characteristics cope with severe conditions such as heavy-load starting and impact loads, ensuring the continuity of industrial power supply.
04Marine Power Scenarios
Strictly complying with classification society construction rules, it features marine-grade three-proof (humidity, salt fog and mold) design and a shock- and vibration-resistant structure, suited to marine medium-voltage propulsion systems and generator distribution networks. It meets reliability requirements in high-humidity, high-salt-fog maritime environments and can be delivered with classification society type certification support.
